• Complete Your Digital Forms: Save 15 minutes by filling out our patient forms online. You will receive a text before your visit! This is especially helpful for parents—no more juggling clipboards and toddlers in the waiting room!

• Verify Your Insurance: Have your PPO insurance card ready. We’ll help you maximize your benefits for treatments like implants or preventative cleanings.

2. For the Kids (First Dental Visit)

• The "Positive Talk": Tell your child they are going to see a "tooth friend" who will count their teeth and take pictures of their smile. Avoid using words like "shot" or "pain."

• Favorite Comfort Item: Feel free to bring their favorite stuffed animal or blanket to keep them company in the dental chair.
